Exchanges and returns

We accept returns for exchange up to five days after they have been received by you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return we require you to include in your returned parcel an exchange/refund form, please contact us at [email address] if you require an exchange/refund form. Unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described the buyer is responsible for all shipping associated with the return and exchange of an item.

Refunds

We will only offer refunds if the item you purchase is faulty or significantly different to how it is described on our website.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your originally method of payment, within five business days. If you have not received your refund 10 days after it has been processed please contact us at kingvalleypopcorn@gmail.com

If for some reason beyond our control you receive a damaged parcel please contact us so that we can discuss appropriate action.
