Gluten Free Popcorn Flour – a complete wheat replacement flour! Perfect for baking cakes, biscuits, puddings, pancakes and slices!
It is clean, simple and very healthy as it contains high levels of antioxidants, fibre, vitamin B Complex, magnesium and manganese. Expect it to behave like a wheat product! It makes light and fluffy cakes, and does not contain any gums in fact nothing artificial and no numbers! A very clean and healthy all natural flour – that works as a complete wheat replacement flour! Comes in a sample pack, enough to make 2 cakes. We offer a couple of basic recipes for pancakes or a basic cake mix however use it in your own favourite recipe as a 1:1 cup replacement. For self raising flour add 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Not suitable for bread, scones or pastry – although can make a wonderful choux pastry!
Be patient if making it for pasta, it is delicate to work with however results are sure to please, as soon as it hits the water, expect a perfect pasta that won’t break up or turn to slush!!!
